Emily Teratsuyan, MS, BCBA, IBA

Emily Teratsuyan founded Prime Behavioral Solutions out of a genuine love for working with children and a deep commitment to supporting families. Her passion for helping children reach their fullest potential inspired her to create a company built on compassion, clinical excellence, and individualized care.
With a strong focus on ethical, evidence-based practice, Emily envisioned an organization where every child is seen as a unique individual and every family feels respected, supported, and empowered. Under her leadership, Prime Behavioral Solutions continues to grow by adding highly qualified, dedicated professionals who share the same values and commitment to high-quality service.
Emily remains actively involved in the development of programs and the growth of the clinical team, ensuring that each client receives personalized care designed to promote independence, confidence, and an improved quality of life.

Prime Behavioral Solutions is staffed with highly educated and expertly trained professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care. Our multidisciplinary team includes board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs), case supervisors, program managers, and behavior therapists who work collaboratively to support each client’s success.

David Roinashvili, MEd, BCBA, IBA
Clinical Director
David brings strong clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to our team. He provides comprehensive clinical leadership and oversight, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of ethical and evidence-based practice. He works closely with supervisors and behavior therapists to maintain treatment integrity, support professional growth, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
His leadership plays a vital role in promoting meaningful outcomes, individualized care, and long-term success for the clients and families we serve.

Loris Igitkhanov, MS
Director of External Relations
Loris serves as Coordinator and Director of External Relations for EU countries at Prime Behavioral Solutions. He oversees the organization and coordination of ABA services delivered through the company’s online platform and represents Prime Behavioral Solutions internationally.
His work focuses on the delivery of comprehensive ABA services and clinical consultation, as well as the advancement of applied behavior analysis through structured consultations, assessments, professional training, and contributions to practice-informed research and publications.

Kristina Govorukhina, MA, BCBA, LBA, IBA
Clinical Supervisor/Trainer
Kristina brings over seven years of dedicated experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
With a strong commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate care, Kristina focuses on building practical life skills that promote independence and long-term success. In addition to her clinical work, she plays an integral role in delivering company trainings, supporting the ongoing growth, competence, and confidence of our clinical team.

Rita Dosti, MA, BCBA, IBA
Clinical Supervisor
Rita oversees ABA services within school settings, bringing strong expertise in special education and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS). She conducts functional behavior assessments and actively participates in IEP meetings as a behavioral expert, collaborating closely with educational teams.
Rita promotes the safe, responsible, and effective implementation of ABA services aligned with each student’s needs and educational goals.

Roman Stancarone, MA, PsyD Candidate
Case Supervisor
Roman holds a Master’s degree and is a PsyD candidate, combining advanced training with a compassionate, client-centered approach. He provides strong leadership and clinical supervision, supporting our team in delivering thoughtful, effective, and individualized care. Roman works closely with clinicians to promote ethical practice, treatment integrity, and professional growth, ensuring that services remain responsive to the unique needs of each client and family.

Anush Yeghiazaryan, MS
Case Supervisor
Anush provides strong clinical oversight and support to ensure services are delivered with consistency, integrity, and compassion. She works closely with behavior therapists and families to promote skill development, reduce challenging behaviors, and support meaningful progress across settings.

Melissa Magana, MS
Case Supervisor
Melissa brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to treatment implementation and staff support. Through ongoing guidance, collaboration, and feedback, she helps maintain high clinical standards while ensuring individualized care for each client. Her leadership supports our clinical team in delivering thoughtful, effective, and individualized care.

Hasmik Martirosyan, MA
Case Supervisor
Hasmik plays a key role in mentoring staff and supporting treatment fidelity across programs. She provides ongoing guidance, collaboration, and feedback to ensure interventions are implemented consistently and in alignment with evidence-based practices. Her strong commitment to teamwork, professional development, and quality care helps promote positive outcomes and meaningful progress for the clients and families we serve.
